how it started

It started as a joke. A dessert version of the TurDucken? Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Spice Cake and Apple Pie Filling all gloriously bound together by Cinnamon Buttercream?

THE ALL-IN-ONE DESSERT SENSATION WAS BORN.

Developed in the pastry workshop of Chef Zac Young in the fall of 2015, our Original T-Day PieCaken immediately went viral, featured on Live with Kelly and Michael, CNN, and in the New York Times. This year, the original PieCaken celebrated it’s SIXTH birthday, shipping nationwide in collaboration with Goldbelly.
